Hoteles Estelar S.A. offers a special discount on the base rate at the hotel of your choice, based on how far in advance you book your stay. This rate includes breakfast for one (1) or up to two (2) people in any available room type, internet access, and access to wet areas (if available at the hotel; check at www.hotelesestelar.com). The advance booking dates and discounts applicable to each hotel will be shown at the time of booking. When booking online, the base rate will be shown crossed out, and the final (total) rate with the applied discount percentage (%) will be displayed as follows:

1. Cancellation Policy:

The above rates are non-flexible and non-refundable. 1.1. Non-flexible rate: This rate does not allow modifications or cancellations. 1.2. Non-refundable rate, except for legal reasons.

2. Guarantee Policy: Your reservation will be guaranteed with advance payment, which will be charged to your credit card and paid in twelve (12) installments. Failure to present your card at the time of booking may result in cancellation of your reservation.
3. Minor Identification Policies: All guests (adults or minors) must present their identification document at check-in. Minors must stay with their parents or a duly authorized responsible adult, presenting documentation. If the minor is not traveling with their parents, signed documentation must be provided. Meals for children 11 years of age or younger are not included in any selected rate, except at Hotel Estelar Playa Manzanillo, where they are included. Our rates do not include travel insurance. Check-in is from 3:00 PM; Check-out is until 12:00 PM. Late check-out: 50% of the daily rate until 6:00 PM. Extra adult: Additional charge.
4. Tax Policy: VAT exemption for foreign tourists is subject to compliance with and accreditation of current and applicable tax regulations.
5. Group and Negotiation Policy: These rates do not apply to corporate negotiations, alliances, or other agreements. Please contact your account manager for negotiated rates. These rates are not combinable with other promotions.

This rate is only available for individual reservations up to 9 rooms. For reservations of 10 or more rooms, please contact cotizaciones@hotelesestelar.com for a group rate.
