Terms and Conditions The "Plan Ahead" campaign consists of applying a special discount on the base rate at the hotel chosen by the customer, considering the advance booking of their stay. This rate includes breakfast for one (1) or two (2) people in any type of available room, internet access, and wet areas (if the hotel has them, check at www.hoteleestelar.com). The advance booking dates and the discounts applied to each hotel will be reflected at the time of booking. When booking via the web, the base rate will be shown crossed out, and next to it, the final (total) rate with the effective application of the percentage (%) discount according to the following information:
BOGOTA:
- Hotel Estelar Parque de la 93:
- Booking more than 14 days in advance of check-in will have a 10% discount on the base rate.
- Booking more than 30 days in advance of check-in will have a 15% discount on the base rate.
- Hotel Estelar La Fontana:
- Booking more than 14 days in advance of check-in will have a 15% discount on the base rate.
- Booking more than 30 days in advance of check-in will have a 20% discount on the base rate.
- Estelar Apartamentos Bogotá:
- Booking more than 14 days in advance of check-in will have a 15% discount on the base rate.
- Hotel Estelar Suites Jones:
- Booking more than 14 days in advance of check-in will have a 15% discount on the base rate.
MEDELLIN:
- Booking more than 14 days in advance of check-in will have a 15% discount on the base rate.
- Booking more than 30 days in advance of check-in will have a 17% discount on the base rate.
- Booking more than 60 days in advance of check-in will have a 20% discount on the base rate.

- Booking more than 14 days in advance of check-in will have a 15% discount on the base rate.

- Booking more than 14 days in advance of check-in will have a 15% discount on the base rate.

- Estelar Cartagena de Indias Hotel & Convention Center:
- Booking more than 14 days in advance of check-in will have a 15% discount on the base rate.
- Booking more than 30 days in advance of check-in will have a 20% discount on the base rate.
- Booking more than 60 days in advance of check-in will have a 22% discount on the base rate.
- Booking more than 90 days in advance of check-in will have a 27% discount on the base rate.
- Estelar Playa Manzanillo:
- Booking more than 14 days in advance of check-in will have a 20% discount on the base rate.
- Booking more than 30 days in advance of check-in will have a 25% discount on the base rate.
- Booking more than 60 days in advance of check-in will have a 30% discount on the base rate.
- Cancellation Policy: Non-flexible rate: This rate does not allow modifications or cancellations of your reservation. Non-refundable rate, except for legal reasons.
- Guarantee Policy: Your reservation will be guaranteed with prepayment, which will be deducted from your credit card and automatically deferred to twelve (12) installments. Failure to present your card at the time of booking may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
- Minor Identification Policies: All guests (adults or minors) must present their identification document at check-in without exception. Minors must stay with their parents or a responsible adult duly authorized by presenting documentation. If the minor is not traveling with their parents, a signed document must be presented. Meals for children 11 years old or younger are not included in any selected rate, except at Hotel Estelar Playa Manzanillo, where the child's meals are included in the rate. Our rates do not include hotel insurance. Check-in from 15:00; Check-out until 12:00. Late Check-out: 50% of the daily rate until 18:00. Extra adult: Additional charge.
- Tax Policy: The VAT exemption for tourists residing abroad is subject to compliance and accreditation of the current and applicable tax regulations for each case.
